When I first received the call from Michael. I wasn't really interested in working on a refinance. Michael was able to answer questions and without any pressure give options that after further review with my spouse and joint tenant on title we decided to move forward with the refinance of the existing note. Five stars isn't enough. Michael was amazing from start to finish. He got the ball rolling immediately and worked to get me up to date information as soon as possible. On the first time we spoke I'm pretty sure he stayed well past his normal schedule. This is our first experience with applying for a mortgage and I was very nervous due to all the horror stories I have heard about the process in general. Michael quickly put my mind at ease and was very helpful. He pushed me to get all my paperwork in and in only a day and a half we are on to the final stages of the mortgage process.
