Smooth talker, makes things sound soooo easy. He is a salesman and he is good @ sales.... as for the rest of my dealings with ur company it sucked !! Every part of my "experience " !! I wished to hell I had never seen a Rocket Mortgage commercial and that I was pulled n by Ryan Shaw!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to u for a loan !!

Mr. Ellis is so professional and curtious. He answered and helped me with all my many needs. When he turned me over to another team, he assured me if I ever needed him( which I did) to contact him. When I did reach out to him for assistance he was always there. I will never forget my experience with Mr. Ellis. I will also keep his number locked in my phone in case anyone needs assistance with ...Mr. Ellis is so professional and curtious. He answered and helped me with all my many needs. What an amazing experience!! We've never been able to say that about a home loan or refi!! From the very first call from Scott Guinn (he's awesome) to the final day of closing, Rocket Mortgage was always on top of every step. Sometimes we would just make a comment between us how easy the whole process was moving and then we'd hear from Rocket Mortgage with the easiest of instructions for the ...What an amazing experience!!
