When my husband and I were looking into buying a home we had no idea where to start. My uncle suggested Rocket Mortgage and gave us the number, so that's who we called. The representative we were connected to was Shane Kelly.
We had worried about not being prepared prior to contacting Shane but soon came to the realization that all it took was that...There is a lot that can be said about Shane Kelly.

We had worried about not being prepared prior to contacting Shane but soon came to the realization that all it took was that one call to the right person. Shane walked us through every step. My husband and I were both in the military and we would not be surprised if Shane had spent time in the military as well. His actions made it clear from day one that he did not see what he did as a job but a mission. He made it his personal mission to help us achieve one of the biggest parts of the American Dream...buying our own home. Shane was dedicated and had a level of sheer determination when it came to helping us secure the home we wanted. Shane went out of his way, even working on his own time to make this home a reality for us.
There really is not enough words to express Shane Kelly. My husband and I would never recommend anyone but Shane, he's not your average home loan representative. He is outstanding in his line of work and an assets to the Rocket Mortgage Company.

I contacted Rocket Mortgage after been given the run around. by another mortgage co. joshua was my first contact and i explained my situation , that morning we was on the phone for four hours , i was approved in a few days. Toby was the first to respond to my Rocket Mortgage online inquiry about obtaining a pre-approval letter to utilize during my home search. I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put an offer in on a house but quickly lose it to an all-cash buyer (this happened 3 times). Needless to say, this was very frustrating, but Toby was always checking in to see how the search was coming ...Toby was the first to respond to my Rocket Mortgage online inquiry about obtaining a pre-approval letter to utilize during my home search. I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put an offer in on a house but quickly lose it to an all-cash buyer (this happened 3 times). Needless to say, this was very frustrating, but Toby was always checking in to see how the search was coming along. Additionally, his positive attitude and sense of humor always lifted my spirits and made me want to continue to look for my perfect home.

When I finally found "the one", I put an offer in. The seller's realtor had some concerns about about accepting my offer, however, Toby went above and beyond and was instantly working with my realtor and writing a personalized approval letter to show the seller's agent that I was a qualified buyer. I truly believe I would have lost this house to another offer had Toby not gone out of his way to do this for me.

Toby is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he has an awesome accent! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!Read MoreRead Less
