Ted was great as a first contact for my recent Rocket Mortgage Rocket refi. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the initial process very easy. The only thing Ted neglected to tell me is that there was a $500.00 charge that needed to be paid right away. I was just very surprised and think Ted should probably just give people a heads up from the get go, so there are no surprises.
