This was my first home purchase so I was completely in the dark about how to proceed. He was very patient with all my tedious questions :) and totally accurate in the information he gave me. I got the pre-approval right away and was able to put a bid on the house I wanted. Raymn was courteous, knowledgeable and very encouraging through the entire process.
