Tim is a very personable guy and was helpful throughout the whole process of the loan. He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." Extremely attentive! Even if I wrote an email at 11 at night, I'd have a reply back within minutes the same night. Jason was tireless and ALWAYS got back to me immediately. He worked extremely hard to get my DEAL closed in a timely manner. Very satisfied.
