The process was long and tedious, not from Rocket Mortgage but from the sellers bank. I applied online and not 5 minutes later I get a phone call from Brandon. He was very professional and ready to answer any questions. From the preapproval to the closing he was an active player in the 18 months it to took to close on my mortgage. He made himself available. My husband and I really lucked out having Raymn as our lender. We have had some really bad lenders in our past, so it was with trepidation that we were going to buy once again.
