I found Rocket Mortgage on line and was unfamiliar to their site and loan procedure. I was also out of the loop, since I had not bought a house in over 8 years ! A lot has changed with the way the process is handled since then and Michelle walked me through every step of the way. She was thorough on explanations and very patient to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately,...I found Rocket Mortgage on line and was unfamiliar to their site and loan procedure. I was also out of the loop, since I had not bought a house in over 8 years ! A lot has changed with the way the process is handled since then and Michelle walked me through every step of the way. She was thorough on explanations and very patient to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the house we wanted did not work out, but I will contact Michelle when we start our home search again, as I would highly recommend her.

Working with Jason made the home buying process fun and easy. Jason was very thorough in covering the process, what was needed and what to expect. Rarely did I have questions, but when I did he was prompt and helpful. Jason personalizes the experience for you and shares in the excitement of a new home! Had an amazing experience with Rafael. I never knew how easy it would be to refinance my home. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any of my questions and he always returned my calls in a timely matter. He made the process easy and I am thankful for his help.
