Rocket Mortgage didn't do me any favors in terms of a good rate for a 15-year term, compared to options. While this loan / closing was discussed more than 90 days ahead of time, RM failed to achieve the closing date, costing me significant delay fees from the movers while an 18-wheeler was parked idle for 2 days. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. If there were any issues he would take care of it. He made all of this possible. Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. Tim contacted me and he was able to get my loan through which required getting around some roadblocks no one else there was interested in doing for me. Now I can pay off my other loan and move on.
