Jacob Brutila is a true professional. As well as a friend. As close of a friend as can be over the phone. He helped even when others at Rocket Mortgage were trying to make things hard on a first time buyer to buy a home.

Hazem was very professional, timely in his responses to us, courteous, and made us feel important in our home buying process. He was very easy to talk to, and made it feel like you were talking with a friend instead of a banker. He checked in throughout the whole process, even when other specialists were our contact. I would highly recommend not just Hazem, but Rocket Mortgage in general!
