Initially when I spoke to Matt about refinancing on a $45,000.00 loan, I asked him if it was advantageous for me to refinance. I asked him to give me his honest opinion. He stated that he will call me back, after doing some calculations. He did call me back, and stated that I would save from paying too much interest on the loan, after giving me a 2.99% from 5.50%. As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and offers by the mortgage company. This is the case in which Evan has come in place to complete the process exactly as supposed to be and meet the expectation with clean outcome. During the process, there ...As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and offers by the mortgage company. This is the case in which Evan has come in place to complete the process exactly as supposed to be and meet the expectation with clean outcome. During the process, there was some gray area that at the end Evan has worked toward completing as expected. And this is the positive side as often agents does not take additional steps and leaving the customer with the problem.
A side observation as well that even after the process and paperwork has started, he looked into possible best alternative which helped me to comfort my decision that the chosen plan was correct.
In my criteria, Excellent for 5 stars are for providing end result more than expected, in my case wasn't exactly this, but as described above there was effort for removing road blocker and recognizing error to remedy it for which I am giving 5 stars.Read MoreRead Less
