I loved the overall quick and easy process. Very streamlined process was very impressive. The only thing I didn't like was I got a slightly higher interest rate lock for lender paid home owners insurance. I felt that should have been unnecessary since I was so very close to having 20% equity, and the county appraisal of my property would put it way over 20% equity. Peter was my banker when I purchased my first home. Since it was my first time, I felt clueless going into it and was very nervous about the process. He answered every question I had in a very timely manner and never made me feel stupid. He's a genuinely fun guy to talk to and made the process enjoyable. There ended up being an issue with the appraisal on the home I ultimately purchased (something...Peter was my banker when I purchased my first home.
