My wife Cathie and I had a 8.5% loan on $127,000 and we were choaking on it. I saw an ad on the TV from Rocket Mortgage and so I immediately applied. The very first lad I spoke to was Danny. Danny was very friendly and more than that he was hopeful, and did everything he could to get the loan and get me the best rate he could. I felt like I was taken very good care of by Danny! Engineered to amaze....that's Cory! Our realtor and the sellers agent did NOT want us to work with Rocket Mortgage. I believe they had a bad experience. I shared this with Cory, and told him we had a fantastic experience working with him and Rocket Mortgage in the past, and we were using Rocket Mortgage to finance this purchase. Cory took the time to call our realtor, to try to regain confidence,...Engineered to amaze....that's Cory! Our realtor and the sellers agent did NOT want us to work with Rocket Mortgage. I believe they had a bad experience. I shared this with Cory, and told him we had a fantastic experience working with him and Rocket Mortgage in the past, and we were using Rocket Mortgage to finance this purchase. Cory took the time to call our realtor, to try to regain confidence, supporting us in the process. When our loan process went along smoothly and closed in a very short period of time, they were believers. We have worked with Cory on 2 loans and he has guided us through the sometimes confusing aspects of the mortgage process. When I was confused, he was always able to explain. When we felt panicked, he would reassure. It wasn't long before we felt like he was there for us and we knew we could count on him to navigate through the rough terrain. Cory is a natural in his position and we feel so fortunate to have "met" him and been guided by him! We are retired teachers (38 years each) and Cory is in the category of "the best of the bunch!"
