My experience with Tony and Rocket Mortgage was exceptional! I had started my refi process with Wells Fargo, and 3 & 1/2 months later it still wasn't closed. I was so frustrated, and then a friend of mine told me about Rocket Mortgage. The interest rate was cheaper (even though the points were higher). Tony always answered my phone calls in a timely manner, if he didn't pick up the phone himself ...My experience with Tony and Rocket Mortgage was exceptional! Getting a mortgage through Rocket Mortgage is painless and direct. There were no hassles with sending copies of tax returns or anything else since it is an Internet base process. Everyone involved with the process were professional and friendly to the point. I recommend it to all.
