Over the years I have had a number of mortgage and refinance experiences and most were painful, drawn-out processes. Maria and Ouicken Loans have perfected the refinance process model. Maria gave me an estimated 30 days to close and we actually closed earlier. Maria and everyone else we dealt with were efficient and pleasant to work with. Hands down the best mortgage experience we have had.

Even when it was time to turn us over to someone else she was still checking in on us through the whole process to make sure we were able to close on time. This was an easy, fast and convenient way to refinance. Couldn't be happier with Damon's professionalism. Our own bank didn't want to us refinance, it was always a different excuse, except for the fact our interest rate was too high.
