This was by far the easiest refi I have ever done, and Nichole made the whole process easy. She told me what was needed, how to do it, and kept me informed the whole way. She walked me through the VA process and was patient with any questions, and made sure to call to share information as well as make sure I was comfortable too. I am keeping her number for the future!

Usually refinancing can be a long drawn out process. Cutter was AWESOME with keeping us informed of how the loan is progressing and everything else! His team members were all awesome too! This is our 3rd refinance in the last 2 years, all with Rocket Mortgage! We have also referred a bunch of people to your website to request a quote. We will not refinance with anyone else! I met Brian by contacting Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage. I was going through my divorce and did not know where to begin. Brian took the time to listen to my story, get all the facts and told me he would know if I was approved within 48 hours. All other mortgage companies did not take the time to follow through and listen like Brian did. All other mortgage companies did not take the time to follow through and listen like Brian did. Brian called me all hours of the day so I would stay on top of getting all my information to him. He even called me on a saturday when he was out with his family. Brian has amazing patients, he explained every step through the loan process. I was truly shocked by Brians dedication to his job. He helped me with getting my home and starting over. I can not say enough good things about Brian and the Rocket Mortgage Team. The closing process was just as quick and easy, in less than a months time, I had keys in my hand to my house.
