Jacob was great, from the first phone call through to the closing. I've done a few refis, and this one was the easiest. My refi wasn't typical, but he and his team pulled it through... painlessly for me. He is an excellent communicator, the Rocket Mortgage app was comfortably handy. "Ken is the man with the plan!" This was my very first time buying a home. I have heard countless horror stories about the whole process and how it works, all the paperwork I would have to produce, all the hoops I would have to jump through you know blah, blah, blah! That so was not the case with Ken. He walked me through the whole thing from start to finish and made the whole thing seem as easy ..."Ken is the man with the plan!" This was my very first time buying a home.
