I have a lot of problems with Rocket Mortgage but come back repeatedly because in the end it always works out. Nick is one of the Rocket Mortgage people who has NOT caused me issues, which says a lot. He will patiently explain everything you want to know. I sent my daughter to him when she decided to buy, hoping it works out well for her, also.

Graham is excellent at his job. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is so good in fact that I have recommended him to friends. We enjoyed working with Graham so much the first time that we are working with him again for a second home purchase. I don't often write reviews, but Graham's customer service merits one. They usually basically hold my hand through the whole process. I can't say enough good about Brian and Ginger, my sister and husband never even knew I was considering this.
