this loan took a long time but not really that long see all the different things that had to be done. Christopher was very good he stayed with an in contact with me all the way thru the loan process not like most where they get your information and then send you to someone else he explained everything that i asked him. and made sure everything went thru and clear.

I had put off trying to get a home refinance for some time because every time that I would try they would say that they couldn't help me. So I reluctantly called Rocket Mortgage and spoke with Kyle. I told Kyle about the situation and he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He told me that he would see what they could do. To my amazement we were able to go forward with the refi. I was blown away at how easy it really was. I am so glad that I did call Rocket Mortgage to get the refinance done on my house, it has saved me 600-700 a month. All I can truly say is Thank You So Much for making my refinance experience great.
