My dealings with Nick were great! After discussing my needs, Nick worked out the details, immediately filled out the application and e-mailed me the step by step process to get my loan processed. After I provided the necessary documents, the underwriting process was started. I closed my loan in less than 3 weeks! I will always keep Nick's phone number around for any future questions!

In every case, we have been very impressed with his outstanding listening ability, and then action to deliver on the commitments made. He is a great tip of the spear for Rocket Mortgage, and we obviously are pleased, or would not have returned multiple times for re-fi's.
