My wife & I have utilized Matt/Rocket Mortgage for several re-fi's over the past yrs. In every case, we have been very impressed with his outstanding listening ability, and then action to deliver on the commitments made. He is a great tip of the spear for Rocket Mortgage, and we obviously are pleased, or would not have returned multiple times for re-fi's.
