This was my fifth loan through Rocket Mortgage but I did my due diligence and called around for other estimates. Like always Rocket Mortgage had the best to offer. I did not have a contact at Rocket Mortgage so when I called I got through to Jill Patel. This was my first time dealing with Jill and she didn't disappoint. Jill is very knowledgeable in her field, patient with her customers and a very personable lady. On the phone with Jill she isn't about the hard sell and she puts you at ease with her pleasant nature. She was very patient with me and my numerous questions, taking time to explain EVERYTHING to my satisfaction, even the number parts which she meticulously explained with comparisons when needed so I could comprehend it. Jill never makes you feel rushed. I felt like I had all the time in the world while I was on the phone with her. She is also there for you after that initial phone call is over. For example, there was a hiccup with the appraisal of my property. I emailed Jill about it and within 60 minutes I had a reply from her explaining the issue to me. She also keeps in contact with you throughout the loan process, just to "check in".
