Mark has been completely understanding and unbelievable when it comes to explaining the mortgage process. He always answers the phone saying hello "Anthony"...maybe because I call too much. He has a way about him to make you feel comfortable with any and all questions. I would definitely use Mark in future in optaining another mortgage.

I have used Rocket Mortgage's Jill Patel for at least 3 refinances and had never experienced such an easy, efficient process. Wow! Where do I begin this review of Cass. Well, let me go back to a year ago when I made my first phone call. I told Cass about my home at the beach, my lifestyle, and why I wanted to refinance the mortgage to a lower interest rate. Cass listened and immediately drew up a plan. Then the problem, began, and it was all about me. You see, I had spoken to countless mortgage brokers who wanted to...Wow! Where do I begin this review of Cass. Cass listened and immediately drew up a plan. Then the problem, began, and it was all about me. You see, I had spoken to countless mortgage brokers who wanted to engage you to spend money without any real chance to obtain a refinance. I bought my house high and when the market dipped, the house fell underwater. Yikes! Could Cass be for real? The market was up...? Was there a possibility I could close with a new mortgage rate? I talked myself out of continuing the discussion with Cass. I gave up. He didn't! He called me periodically to chat. He remembered the story about the book I had written.
