I don’t want to sound corny, but when it comes to dealing with mortgage clients, Jacob is second to none in terms of providing his expertise, patience, straight forwardness, honesty, and ability to connect with his clients with outmost enthusiasm in every professional way. There is never once he did not returned my phone calls, he truly is at an arm’s reach when you need him. I have nothing but great things to say about Chuck. His professionalism and expertise made me choose Rocket over my own financial institution that I work for. My wife was nervous about buying our 1st home and Chuck knew exactly when to dial things down and when to approach certain agendas. The thing that impressed me the most was that he was willing to drive 6 hours one way to complete are closing in person. When he asked me if he can come I was very surprised and aesthetic that he was willing to do so.
