Alex is the best! We talked to him because we were not sure we would be able to buy a house. He guided through the whole process. Understood every questions. Gave us all the information and advice. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers from Missouri. After signing on with Rocket Mortgage, Scott made the process feel completely effortless, if Scott said he would call you at 10am your time, you received a call at 10am. There never was any pressure as with other mortgage companies, and like any other 68 year old you enjoy a captive audience, Scott was all business with your best interest at heart, but there was always time for personal conversation.
Scott and his team were able to meet my pressing personal circumstances and finalize underwriting and were ready to close within seven days.
