Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. If Rocket Mortgage had more employees such as Molly Rocket Mortgage will consistently outperform competitors. I highly recommend a promotion or salary increase to one of your Best employees that I have had contact with. I sincerely appreciate this opportunity to review Molly Semke.

When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first time buyer. Louis was the agent who I had contact with. He immediately made me comfortable requesting information on the home buying process, I never felt any pressure from him. Louis was the agent who I had contact with. He immediately made me comfortable requesting information on the home buying process, I never felt any pressure from him. When I decided to proceed, it felt like Louis did ALL the work, I only needed to provide him information, send some faxes of my finances...etc.
Louis would send me emails to update me on progress of my loan, when he said he would call, he would call just as he said, I NEVER felt out of the loop. He walked me through every single step, even helping me to use some features of my home computer, (Im not very computer literate). The service I received from Louis Mendoza was beyond 5 stars, he continuously went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. THANKS Louis!!Read MoreRead Less
