My wife was nervous about buying our 1st home and Chuck knew exactly when to dial things down and when to approach certain agendas. The thing that impressed me the most was that he was willing to drive 6 hours one way to complete are closing in person. When he asked me if he can come I was very surprised and aesthetic that he was willing to do so. He barely communicated with us. He would say he was handling everything and then come to find I almost had to pay another 5k at closing because he couldn't be bothered to send an email. When we saw that on the app we were mad to say the least. It forced us to move our closing date which was a nightmare. He was impossible to get a hold of and rarely answered us or our realtor.
