Cass was fantastic to work with. Hi energy and conscientious and made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. His team was equally supportive through the entire loan process which we did start to finish in under 30 days. The Rocket Mortgage technical platform was intuitive and very easy to work with during the document submission phase of our loan. We never felt like we were out of the loop with their system. Cass' follow up during and after the loan has continued to demonstrate fantastic personal interest and customer support.
