It was just a typical Sunday morning drinking my coffee when I decided to try again to refi our home. I had been turned down a few years before. I said to myself, all they can say is no. In my pajamas I went to Rocket Mortgage and filled out all the info. Much to my surprise the response was very quick, that week I began gathering the info and scanning it to them. All online. Much to my surprise the response was very quick, that week I began gathering the info and scanning it to them. All online. About two weeks into it, we hit a snag. My husband was on medical leave. Losing two family members suddenly and tragically had taken it's toll and he was off for a bit. Someone requested a personal letter explaining all this, I was ready to leave the whole deal. Phil reached out right away, and said no letter was needed. He adjusted the terms, made them even better and saved not only the deal...but our dignity and privacy. Our family owes Phil a huge amount of gratitude. Not only did he say the right things, he did the right things too. I would not hesitate to go to Phil with our needs in the future. Anthony went out of his way to make sure our transaction happened with ease. We initially started a loan with Rocket Mortgage but had to delay the loan due to unforseen circumstances. Oh.my.God Jenny is AMMMMMAAAAAZZZZING! The home buying experience was so much fun and most importantly she was available immediately at all times for any questions and to cheer you on! I have talked to friends and family that have gone thru the experience of buying a home without Rocket Mortgage and they felt gypped, confused, ignored, and scared. I kept hearing stories about things that would or...Oh.my.God Jenny is AMMMMMAAAAAZZZZING! The home buying experience was so much fun and most importantly she was available immediately at all times for any questions and to cheer you on! I have talked to friends and family that have gone thru the experience of buying a home without Rocket Mortgage and they felt gypped, confused, ignored, and scared. I kept hearing stories about things that would or could happen because it happened to them personally, but never did anything negative happen in the entire home loan process. Jenny would take care of everything immediately before there even could be an issue. I love that there is an online site for Rocket Mortgage to see everything that we have uploaded and to see our progress but nothing can compare to the comforting long conversations with Jenny and all of the time she put into us.
