Buying a home can be so stressful, but Jay and his team made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. We're a military family and moving and shopping for a home is not easy. I still boast to my friends and family about these guys. Even though I had tons of questions for Jay about every little detail, he was incredibly on top of it. Everything was great, with one exception. I told him first thing I had a card for $1,000.00 off my next loan purchased with Rocket Mortgage. It did not say "Home purchased, it said "Loan purchased," which we did. He said "They will get that info down the line." I told the next person, and the next person and the next. When it was time to close, I said I still did NOT see the $1,000.00 off. They ...Everything was great, with one exception. He said "They will get that info down the line." I told the next person, and the next person and the next. When it was time to close, I said I still did NOT see the $1,000.00 off. They said that was up to Sean, and sent me back to him. He said, "Too late." Then they send me another card. If you are not going to honor it, don't bother to send it. I was VERY disappointed with that, I counted on in, and everyone said they would see to it, but no one did.

I was very pleased with my experience with Jill. She walked me through the processes step by step. There was even a natural disaster in my area when I was suppose to be getting the appraisal and closing done so she extended everything a week so there was time to get it all done. I believe anyone who works with Jill will be very satisfied and comfortable with the procces.

I would like to point out that our experience with Philip was great! Philip maintained contact with us throughout the entire process answering all of our questions. The process was very smooth and without any pressure. We closed within 22 days or so without any surprises at closing. We also referred our parents who are also using Rocket Mortgage to purchase their new home.
