I was so happy with everything and the whole experience. It was made easy for me and all my questions were answered. The process is so easy to follow and as long as you check you emails and get the information to them, everything was great!

Michael did a fantastic job! He was always there to answer your questions even during odd hours and weekends. He is also very quick to ensure that we get our loans pre-approved so that we are ready to present our offer and our financial backing when we started talking to a realtor and builder. I set a date to close on our house and he has helped me tremendously to ensure that it happens on that day! Even pushing me and reminding me of the things I also needed to do to meet my deadline... And we did meet my deadline! Talk about customer service! He involved as much people I needed from Rocket Mortgage to ensure that my papers are submitted and reviewed on time. Thank you so much!
