I felt like I was talking with an old friend from the minute I pressed submit on my online application. I'm honestly not sure he ever left the office or slept. I felt very informed, confident, and empowered throughout what is a very complex and confusing process. We had been pre-approved through the bank the previous year but were not able to find a house. I never heard back from the guy after he sent me the approval letter. Samuel was always prompt with replies to voicemails, phone calls, and emails and I was never left wondering.
