Disclaimer, I do not write reviews! That said I take this review as an exception. I needed a mortgage and choose Rocket Mortgage; my first contact was Suzy. She worked with me from begin to end, even on those days when I was as mad as hell due to the "process". She was always willing to listen and find solutions to my questions.

She was always willing to listen and find solutions to my questions.
I do not know of an easy was out, but having her in my corner made the process less stressful. I don't know her personally, only that in this internet age; we need to communicate with persons far and wide. My personal experience dealing with her is worth more then five stars. Is she a professional? Yes! Does she go beyond her call of duty? Yes!
So, as an average person seeking and obtaining a mortgage for a beautiful home and having Suzy assist me and my family; I'd say she's a blessing. If I was able to give her more than five stars, I would. Hey Suzy, keep up the good work....you rock! It's been a pleasure working with you and I hope there are many more who'll do the same.

communication was great. I could always get in touch with someone that could answer my question/concerns. I liked the closing at my home!!! They did slip in the loan costs to me.....where I was assured I would only have to pay my remaining balance. About 3 grand.......but interest rate made it ok for me........cut my loan to 20 years. Thank you Phillip
