We called Rocket Mortgage and Christopher Mahnen was our contact person, our personal banker. He immediately gave us a direct phone number and email address to use to contact him. He went over the plans and interest rates that were available to us. I felt that he walked with us through the whole process. The online updates and status reports were very clear and easy to use.
