I was very please with Ryan Lange at Rocket Mortgage. He was very quick to answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease. He made sure to follow up with me often even if just to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. It made this an enjoyable experience for me. After the house was assessed he set up a second line for us which will be helpful in the future, A big thing was reducing our rate from 3.7% to 3.4%.
