I had a great experience with my refinance. Thomas was very professional and made an effort to contact me at the times I was available and made it very easy to get the process moving forward. There were no issues from application to closing. I was able to get in touch with Thomas whenever I had a question but did not feel overwhelmed with phone calls at the same time.
