Tim is a very personable guy and was helpful throughout the whole process of the loan. He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." Do you want a hassle free process when refinancing or buying? Well Jennifer did just that. I refinanced my loan (with a second loan from the city) with ease. Every step was executed perfectly and I was completely aware of what was going on. Did I mention that most of it was completely done online. What else can you ask for. I would highly recommend Jennifer in any home loan process!
