When I called Rocket Mortgage I was connected to Arron Burger to help me through the process. First I made an low bid offer on a cottage, and we worked the numbers. Fortunately the offer fell through as children of the seller wanted more money.

So several months passed while looking for the right home. Arron continued to touch base with me keeping me informed and the right home came available. I jumped and made an offer and it was accepted. Arron then worked with me to make sure all the required documents were uploaded, and answering question within a timely manor.

Arron continued being there in the background as the loan processed, providing updates on the cost of the loan and answering questions directed to him.

Arron and his team made this loan a pleasant and happy experience as buying a home can be quite stressful. This was not my first loan and as a previous real estate sales person 25 years early working with loan offices both in sales and personal purchase never had I had such a great experience and assistance through the process.

Normally you just turn the paperwork in, and then wait to see if you're approved, then wait for closing without any communication. However with Rocket Mortgage and Arron and his team you were communicated both on the MyRocket Mortgage site and received scheduled call.

If you are buying a new home I suggest you contact Arron Burger as he will make your loan one of the best experiences.
