Rocket Mortgage has been thoughtfully organized to quickly and efficiently allow the Customer and Rocket Mortgage to exchange necessary information and to keep each other informed. No less important is the Customer Service culture which has been created at Rocket Mortgage so that all team members are responsive to the Customer. I first arranged a mortgage through Rocket Mortgage 4 years ago. Recently I needed to refinance to raise money for a charitable project I am sponsoring. Incredible service. Preliminary loan evaluation in 15 minutes by phone. Online application handled by others but Angelo checked in from time to time. Everything went as he said it would. Only problem was an uncooperative and incompetent appraiser which had nothing to do with Angelo. (I'm an appraiser. Value was too low but OK for underwriting purposes.) Appraisal was not USPAP credible.
