The process to refinance was quick an easy. I loved the feature to be able to upload my docs and monitor progress online. We are all very busy and I don't enjoy or have time for lengthy phone calls. It was a nice feature to be able to ask questions via website and get answers back without having the phone call.

If I could I would give Jack 10 stars. I have worked with Jack twice in my loans and each time I have been so pleased. He treated me with respect. I was a mortgage lender back in the late 80s, early 90s for a small private bank so I understood the process.
