I cannot say enough about the service I received with Phillip at Rocket Mortgage. When I tried to get a loan from my bank it took me 45 minutes to even reach someone to speak with. Phillip had all my info and pre-auth in less time and the loan completed in about a month. I called him for any questions or concerns. A very professional organization with professional staff.
