Marcus and his team made everything from the application to closing extremely painless and empowering. I was afraid by not meeting face to face and not be dealing with a live person would make it cold and impersonal. I was pleasantly surprised that I was constantly in contact with any member of the Rocket Mortgage team. The team never left me waiting when I was seeking answers and responded promptly. I was never left in the dark about what was required from me and how easy it was for me to do everything from my desk at work and home. That is saying a lot for someone in his late 50's who grew up without cell phones and internet. We haven't signed the papers yet, but that is just a formality.
