Joe was extremely helpful in getting the mortgage that I needed. I only have one suggestion is that you don't advise a customer of situations that cannot be attained. The Rocket Mortgage process duplicated a bad experience that I had previously in an attempt to re-fi my home. The outcome was a completed loan but everyone I talked to gave me inaccurate information. Please change your process.

I also refer many of my house buyers to Nathan to get a pre-approval letter before we start house shopping. If Nathan gives my buyer client a pre-approval letter, I know that they will be able to get a mortgage and that I am not wasting my time looking at houses with that buyer.
