If ALL customer service people had the character of Brock, NO ONE would ever go away frustrated, annoyed and babbling to themselves. He was clear, precise and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He did not come across as not liking his job. Once I was assigned another person in the steps toward a mortgage, I needed help. Bryan provided excellent customer service! At the beginning Bryan told me exactly how much the total cost would be for the new loan, the new interest rate and the new monthly payment. When I closed on the loan everything was exactly the same as Bryan previously indicated. I also want to add the Bryan was able to beat tall the competition. He was the only one out of four lenders that informed me ...Bryan provided excellent customer service!
