For me, the whole process starts off with Jill Patel. I have worked with Jill on three previous loans. Jill has always been there to answer questions before, during, and even after the loan process. She is always prompt, always professional, and always personable. She is also always checking-in throughout the process to make sure the experience is going well and that everything is in order. Her attention to client service is probably some of the best that I have experienced. I cannot see myself going to anyone else to answer my financing questions or handle my loans.

I started with Rocket Mortgage simply because it worked with my schedule. I work odd hours and they allow for most of the mortgage process to be completed online, so it worked for me. I thought that surely, with everything being done online, the service would suffer. I was BLOWN AWAY however, it was the exact opposite. Michelle was spectacular every step of the ways she kept every single deadline,...I started with Rocket Mortgage simply because it worked with my schedule.
