I first spoke with Jeremy in February, 2014 about using Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage on a home we were buying. He impressed me at that time, but we ultimately decided to go with a local lender. That was not a pleasant experience. Recently, the sale of another piece of property allowed me to pay down the mortgage and refinance to eliminate the FHA mortgage insurance.
