He was responsive to our questions and requests; and always seemed concerned for us and our circumstances. Since we received our financing, I've gone back to Allen to ask for his assistance to help with some cleaning-up with the way something happened that was not within his area of responsibility. Again, he has been responsive with never a hint of "...it's not my area ...." Financing a mortgage is not one of life's great joys but Jacob Crane made it as painless as possible. He is efficient, patient and I appreciated his straightforward nature.
