John, Was very helpful as I was able to do my whole loan over the internet!!! I needed to refinance my house as it was all paid for but had some credit card debt from the flood Irene which needed to go away as I was paying 21% interest on to much lower interest!!! The whole mortgage was handled easlie by John and his team with no rudeness from anyone as way over the hill!!
