I think many people who are on the fence about starting the Home Equity loan process may be discouraged by the thought of pushy brokers, spam emails or calls, confusing paperwork and a lack of transparency. My experience with Nathan didn’t resemble that at all!

Nathan was professional, yet personable, knowledgeable and communicative yet warm and friendly. He laid out my options clearly, and worked...I think many people who are on the fence about starting the Home Equity loan process may be discouraged by the thought of pushy brokers, spam emails or calls, confusing paperwork and a lack of transparency. My experience with Nathan didn’t resemble that at all!

Nathan was professional, yet personable, knowledgeable and communicative yet warm and friendly. He laid out my options clearly, and worked with me to find the best equation for what my wife and I were looking to do. At no time did I feel any pressure to make a decision, and even though he technically was done once the loan progressed to the next department, he stayed in touch and answered any questions I had, and guided me through the remaining steps.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and smoothly every step was with Rocket Mortgage, and I would recommend both Nathan and Rocket without any hesitation!
