Aanand has made my home buying experience so relaxing. From the approval process through the actual financing process, he has made it stress free. Aanand has been available to answer my questions day or night. He even revised an approval letter and got it to me within 15 minutes WHILE I was looking at a home! Phenomenal!

Beyond the obvious qualities - professional, courteous, and knowledgeable - Sam really made us feel comfortable throughout the mortgage process, he was always available (seriously, always - he routinely answers emails at 11pm!) to answer questions, give advice, and help move us along to the next step. Josh did a fantastic job helping us with our loan. It was nice being able to communicate with him late and night and even on weekends. He called regularly to make sure we didn't have any questions and did his best to help us where he could!

When I first spoke to my realtor she informed me that Rocket Mortgage will have a hard time closing this loan, I spoke to Josh about this and he reassured me that they had my best interest in mind and after working with him for couple more weeks I noticed they truly did. The best part was being able to reach him on a Sunday at 10pm, no other lenders do that, ever! Josh helped me and my husband's dream come true buying our first home! I would advise others to be cautious when realtors refer you to their preferred lender, simply because a lot of times the realtor will only refer you to that lender because they are receiving some form of a kickback, I was informed of this by the seller of the home at the closing table.
