I asked Andrew if they dealt in VA Loans and was assured that they deal in all kinds of Loans, including VA and would be more than happy to assist me. Andrew and I developed a good bond almost immediately. I found Andrew to be be informative and his knowledge and expertise were excellent. Andrew had me VA pre-approved Loan within the hour. I made an offer on a residence in Charleston and have signed a written offer. I just finished up the paperwork and starting with the initial phone to completion of paperwork was just over 48 hrs. The peace of mind that comes with this is immense. I hope to be able to consider Andrew a friend and of course my Go to Guy for all matters relating to Mortgage issues.
